This card just drips of watercolor. All CS is Gina K. I used White, Sand and Ocean Mist.
I first stamped the white, with versamark, and a Stamp in Up texture stamp. Then heat embossed with white. On top of that, I used distressed inks and water. Then I stamped the hearts and sprayed the stamp with water. Fussy cut those out and used foam dots to adhere them. I drew in the strings to turn them into balloons. Last, I used another Stamp in Up stamp for the sentiment. This will be a birthday card for a friend that does not like flowers. So she gets balloons and a few sequins!
Thanks so much for your comments. They are appreciated.
