Make it Monday

Make It Monday #226: Creating With Stripes

 I made a simple card for this challenge.  The technique seems to lend itself to the CAS style.  You can see how Laurie did it at PTI

Here is my card

I simply used the die called Leaf Silhouette and cut it from gold paper.  Placed them on a panel of white that was embossed with swiss dots folder.  I stamped the lines from a GKD stamp set using fall colors, of Charcoal Brown, Tomato soup, Faded Brick and Jelly Bean Green. The base is also Jelly Bean Green card stock.  That is all for today.  I am playing with my Cameo and having fun.

    CAS perfection Barbara! Love your simple stripes in the Fall colors, and your gold leaves look so elegant and just really pop against the stripes and embossed dots...love it!! :0)

    Oh my gosh, I am so CASEing this!!!! I love everything about it. It's clean and simple, yet so elegant. Love how you did the leaves, the stripes and the embossing. Really, really nice!!!!
