This is the inspiration photo for the August Challenge at Altenew. I could not help but be inspired by the colors of the flamingos in shades of pink, along with the grays. I kept it simple and used my stamp and dies from the Painted Butterflies. My card is on white watercolor paper, with a wash and splatter of the gray. the butterflies are water colored and cut out, then added to the front. I stamped Happy Birthday from another set by Altenew, Persian Motifs.
This card really is simple and striking photographed against the black background.
I am entering this card in the inspiration challenge at
Altenew .
Thanks for dropping in I love your comments. There is still plenty of time to enter your project.
Note: Do not splatter when wearing a white shirt.

Love the clean look of your card and, yes, stunning photographed against the black. Don't splatter when wearing a white shirt, huh? Hope it came out in the wash!
