We are to create projects using GREEN. In honor of Pantone’s 2017 Color of the Year choice, “Greenery”.
I am going to get right to it as this has been a busy day for me, and it's going to get busier.
Here is my card.
Ingredients: Canson Cold Press Water color paper
Power Poppy stamp, Farmers Market
Distressed ink in Antique Linen, Peeled Paint, and Tea Die
Poppy Stamp dies, Weeping Willow Branches, and Stitched Main Street Tags
Spellbinder die Adorning Squares. Pattern paper from My Favorite Things.
I tried my hand again, at no line coloring and water colors, on this image, of the box of apples. It is getting easier, but I still have room for improvement. Lol More family is due in this Friday, I will have to put away my craft room as they will need this space to sleep. I maybe a bit grumpy if I can't color. Soon our vacation here in sunny Florida will be done and we will be heading home for the summer. But we will return next year. Or maybe sooner?
Thanks, as always for stopping by to see more and for the lovely comments.
This is so cute! I bought that stamp set and haven't used it yet. Thanks for the inspiration! I love the distressed paper and the plaid. Your coloring is beautiful....lovely card!
ReplyDeleteThis is a beauty! I love your crate of green apples, isn't that a great image? That weeping willow die cut is a spectacular accent to this fab card! I love the itty bitty piece on your sweet little tag too! And that plaid.....sooooooooooooo pretty! Well done!
ReplyDeleteOh, I totally love this card. Nothing like green apples from the tree, plaid papers and a Weeping Willow tree. I love the sentiment too. This makes me want to have a Granny Smith apple now. Yum!
ReplyDeleteLove your crate of green apples. The die cuts are perfect to look like they were just picked from the tree. Pretty paper too.
ReplyDeleteWell done, my dear!! You are very brave to do no line coloring again. I haven't gotten up my nerve...lol. I love your wonderful card, and the plaid background is perfect. It just makes me smile!!!
ReplyDeleteYumo! Your apples look delicious. The plaid paper is perfect with the crate of apples, awesome job. Thanks for playing in our Power and Spark challenge this month.
