We have a new challenge at Seize the Birthday. I am excited about this month's challenge as we will have three. Yes there are three challenge in this month of August and on the first one, we have a topping called Tie one On.
If you're not a toppings kinda person, well.....you can just
stick with our usual "Anything Goes"Birthday!
The choice is yours!
I needed a little motivation for this one and so I went looking on Pinterest. Well, it didn't take long for me to come up with this example for you today.
I added a ribbon for this one to achieve my Tie One On
I used the Altenew stamp set called Adore You. The are colored with my Distress markers on to water color paper. The markers are, Squeezed Lemonade, Wild Honey and Spiced Maralade. For the leaves, Shabby Shutters, Mowed Lawn and Peeled Paint. They have been fussy cut and then arranged on the front of the card. The background papers are from Recollections, Black and White.
I used MFT, Word Windows die for the sentiment, which is my favorite from Gina K Designs, Birthday Greetings.
I am working to finish the inside, but leave it blank to stamp or hand write later.
Don't forget to take a look at what the other designers have done for this challenge
We also have a New Party Guest, her name is Lindsey and you will find her blog Here. Her blog title is Bashful Blogging, but she is anything, but bashful. Thanks for stopping by, I really appreciate your comments, they do brighten my day.
