STB #328 - Use Vellum or Acetate

Ashwini is our host for this next two weeks and she has chosen the topping of 

Vellum or Acetate on your card. 

If you wish, you and skip the topping but make sure it is a Birthday theme.

Here is the card that I did for this challenge. 

Card supplies:

Sizzix 3D embossing folder, After embossing I used white ink to enhance the flowers

Frame of silver card stock made with Hero Arts rectangle dies

The card base is Gina K Ocean Mist

The flowers are PTI Built a Bouquet die ( I already had these made ) 

Sentiment is Spellbinders
