PEEK A BOO STYLE

When I saw this technique, I just knew that I wanted to give it a try.  That I did, the first one was OK, but not good enough, so here is my second try.  I like it much better.

Take a look at this challenge at Power Poppy.  Here is how you do a Peek a Boo technique.   You create cut-outs on your card to share a snippet or give a “peek” of fun underneath!
This is the sketch, but we are encouraged to use different shapes and I really went outside the box with my shapes.  I used a star shape and a banner from Die-namics to make my cutouts. I needed a bigger cut out for the image that I wanted to use.  The stamp is Power Poppy Short Stacks.
Here is what I got.
This was photographed in the bright Florida sunlight.  I used a few sea shells that we got on Tiger Tail Beach.  Couldn't resist just a few.  We got tons.

The peeking image is colored with Copic markers and clear Wink of Stella. I sponged a bit around the sentiment, and added some sequins.  I like using white card stock and this is Gina K Design paper, but I think I will do one in color next.

I am also entering this card in the  Scrappy Land Challenge. #37 Anything Goes  Here

Thanks for stopping by, I love your comments and the time that you take to make them.
