It's Barb Campbell and I am your guest host for another Creative Confetti Challenge. I got to thinking about the fall activities and here in Wisconsin baseball was a big thing. Our Brewers were trying hard to get to the playoffs. They did make the wild card team, but better luck next year. This is what gave me the idea for this challenge. I am calling it Triple Play.
HOW TO PLAY: For this challenge, you need to use the same image three times on your project. If you are making fall cards you could leaves or acorns. If you are working on your Christmas cards there are a lot of things that you could use. Snowflakes, candles, ornaments, I could go on, but I think you get the idea.
Here is my inspiration for you.
Here is the card that I did with Under Glass Christmas Keepsakes stamp. Since I used Non-traditional colors on the design papers, I decided to go with that color scheme and decorated the trees in like colors. Hard to see, but I used Nuvo drops on the white garlands and Glossy Accents on all of the blue ornaments. Don't forget to make your inside interesting too for your recipients, not necessary for this challenge.
OK, the ball is in your court, Can't wait to see what you will do with this one.
WOW, the drops really show and make a statement. Along with the colors and design.
ReplyDeleteYowza! Congrats on hosting! I love your mix and match Designer Papers, pretty prints, gorgeous colors! Loving the triple images and your coloring! Gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteFABULOUS use of patterned papers here, my dear. You did well. LOVE this challenge, looks like so much fun. Your non-traditional Christmas colors are so pretty. I had decided I might want non-traditional Christmas colors for my December Mod Squad Challenge and you have confirmed it. Your trees are so pretty and that ribbon in the corner is the perfect final touch. I ADORE this card!
