Seize the Birthday Challenge - #296 Masculine

Here it is the last challenge of 2024! Can you believe that? The time goes so fast, but we have the challenges to get use through. This challenge is mine and I have chosen masculine. Let's see what you do with that.

Make sure it is a birthday theme, if you are not into toppings.

My card!

A better angle to see the texture.

The inside

For this card that will go to my grandson, Jack on his 20th birthday
 (how did that happen)

I used a digital image and printed it on Card stock. Then I used the alphabet dies from My Favorite Things to die cut his name. I think that you can see it in the photo.
I added Glossy accents to the letters. The sentiment is computer generated.
He loves all sports and there are lots of images on the internet.

For those that want a masculine card, but want a simpler one, I have that too

This card was made using an embossing folder by Altenew called foliage and the debossed side.
I just sponged navy ink over the entire card and place a Happy Birthday die from Simon Says

Double D Challenge - Winter

Darlene has provided some lovely picture of winter things for this next
Challenge at Double D.

It has been a long time since I have actually experienced winter, as we are fortunate to go to a warm climate for our winters, but I do remember making snow men. That was my inspiration for my card.

Prize for a random winner.

Penny Black cardstock prints

My card

Supplies for this card are: Waffle Flower Postage Stamp Collage Die
Stampin Up stamp called Thanks Snow Much (a very old stamp)
No longer available. I just love the melted snowman and the Miss You sentiment.
With this postage stamp die, you can use many stamps that will fit into the areas. I am so glad that I still have this one. I have to say that I am so used to the polymer stamps, that going back to a rubber stamp made the placement more difficult, but not impossible

Pink Fresh November Challenge Thanks and Graditude.

Here is my card for this challenge.

Supplies for this card are:
Here is an opportunity to use the negative when you hot foil. That is what I did here.
Dazzling diamonds Hot foil plate done in silver. Then I took the
negative of the foil and did another background.
The first one is on the background and the negative is die cut with Pink Fresh Nested Arches die.
I finished with the Pink Fresh Arched Floral Stencil and dies.
The colors of the flower are as close as I could with the challenge.
I added a black outline on the arch.

See how hard it was to photograph this card as here it looks like rainbow.
I am entering this card in the Pink Fresh November challenge.

I have not been in my craft room making a card since this summer. This felt good.
