It is a very bright sunny day out today. So, I did a spring cleaning in my craft room. With every thing in it's place and all clean, well......what do you think? Yeah, I got inspired to mess it up again. Not so bad this time. I had some new stamp sets that I wanted to use and time on my hands. Did I tell you that I love retirement?
JUGS is having a color challenge this week. To match these colors, I used a Dew Drop ink called Sky Blue, Menento, Pear Tart, and GinaK, Sweet Corn.
Since recently reviewing the techniques on STV, I did one that I had not done in awhile. It is called inking a cuttlebug folder. Just click to see how Gina does it.
Here is my receipe:
Gina K CS... White heavy weight, Sweet Corn, Green Apple
Cuttlebug embossing folder
Spellbinders Decorative Labels Eight
Papertrey Ink stamp set Feather Finery and Wreath for all seasons
As always, I really love the comments, so thank you very much.
Nicely done! So springy!

ReplyDeleteGorgeous and love the look you achieved with the Cuttlebug folder. I have not done that in ages either, but I am cleaning my crafting area today. Not sure I can even play much this week.
