Life's a Beach, Play Like a Kid

This card will be entered in two challenge this week.  JUGS is having a Trend Week and asking for shaker cards.  Always fun to do, and sometimes very sticky!  Stamp TV MIUM challenge was a bit more complicated.  They were asking for a card that represents a movie.  Any movie, could be your favorite or one that you hate.  Well, for me, my absolute favorite was The Shaw Shank Redemption.
I had to put my thinking cap on for that, but quickly remembered that it ended up with a scene on the beach.  Now I got something!

Here is the card that I did.
The ingredients:
GKD card base and design paper from Pool Side
Die cuts for PTI, Shakers and Sprinkles and Spellbinders Fleur De Lis
GKD stamp sets, Hello Sunshine and By the Sea 2 (inside)
sequins from my stash

I remembered to complete the inside of this card as well.

    Great shaker card! Love your patterned paper inside and around the shaker window. Great pop of green on your chair and umbrella. Love it!!

    Great idea for a shaker card. Love the colors and the wavy paper, and how cute is that little chair and umbrella. Hey did you see you got an honorable mention over at Scrapyland? No money but quite a feather in your cap. Congrats.

    Oh gosh those dies are gorgeous and I love then in that blue! The shaker part is oh so clever and looks like a lot of FUN! And the sling back beach chairs, get me a frozen margarita stat! (see how I tossed in that medical term?) LOL A while back this movie was on like every month and I think we watched it every time hahaha I love finishing off the insides now, so easy to do at the same time, then when grabbing it you don't go UGH! Great card!!!

    Aren't you clever to do a beach scene card about that movie? I like that movie too, it was really good but don't really remember how it ended! Love the shaker style with the beach waves and the beach chair! Gorgeous card my dear! Have a Blessed day!

    Consider how the chair fits your physical features. It may be odd to you but this is a very personal possession. So you should choose one that comforts you physically. For example, if you are petite then settle for petite sizes, if you are on the larger side then you must ask for the large models of beach chairs. There are also manufacturers that create chairs perfect for handicapped beach-goers. beach chairs
