My Favorite Things Lesson # 7

Lesson #7 – Color Theory: Complementary Colors

This will be a quick post today, Life is sure busy and I have lots to do today.  Including having lunch with an old friend.
This lesson is on complimentary colors and I chose shades of red and green.  The stamp set is PI Heart Bouquet.  I also stamped flowers from a set by Gina K designs called Folk Filigree.  The border die cut is from Stamping Up.
Thanks for stopping in and I do appreciate your comments.

  1. Cute card and a fantastic tool is the color wheel!

  2. Love all the stamped flowers surrounding the sweet sentiment and girl. I am working on a pink and green card too.

  3. These are some of my most favorite colors to combine! They always look so lovely, no matter the shades. Your card is adorable and sweet and perfect in everyway! Wonderful coloring, those hearts couldn't have been easy--they're teeny! lol Your background is beautiful, love the stamps you chose, she is so sweet! xo~

  4. Complimentary colors are my favorite. And I have the Folk Filigree set and don't use it very often. You have inspired me here!! It makes a wonderful patterned paper - thanks for the inspiration! Your little girl is just so adorable with her armful of heart posies. You have colored her beautifully. This is just a really sweet card, very good take on the lesson!!!!

  5. Very cute stamp. Love the flower background and those pretty die cut borders.
