Papertrey Ink 9th Anniversary Challenge - Paper Crafting Alphabet Challenge!

This last day challenge is a fun one.  I don't know where they get these fabulous ideas, but keep them coming. You are to pick at least 3 of the letters in your name.  Be it your first, or second name, correspond them to the Paper Crafting Alphabet  to the left, and make a project.

I chose the first three letters in my first name.

B put your sentiment on a banner
A add a border
R round some or all of your corners

This was a simple card, again using a stamp set that has not been used before.
I was thinking that I could use this for a graduation card.  I will be needing to fill a large order for them.
I die cut the border from Memory Box, Winter cabin Landscape, and placed it on a white GKD heavy weight card stock base.  Stamped the Airplane and banner in GKD Red Hot ink, and fussy cut them.  They are PTI  stamp set, Fly Away. I sponged just a little on the houses and trees so give them depth.

Thanks again for stopping by.  Love your comments.

  1. Oh, how stinkin' cute. I love how everything is white and then the little plane is a bright red. A really sweet stamp set, and what a great take on the challenge....really well done! And, oh what fun!!!!

  2. Isn't this the cutest? Love the bright red plane with it banner over head, flying over your sweet little town....very cool scene you created! Love how you sponged your houses and landscape too, it really des add some depth! Clever!

  3. This is so fun! I wanted to say "cute" too but didn't want to sound redundant. ;0) It is truly adorable though, Barb!!

  4. Adorable card! That bright red plane really stands out in the gallery! Love the landscape beneath the plane!

  5. This is so cute, love, love that plane!

  6. Super cute. I agree they have the best ideas. A lot of thought goes into their releases.

  7. I love your card and that certainly was a great idea for making a card. Having certain guidelines makes it interesting too!

  8. This is so cute! I love that pop of red flying over your snowy houses.

  9. Oh, Barbara, what a great graduation card and a great way to use the first letters of your name. I love this airplane and how it stands out, and the cabin landscape die is perfect (especially with the sponging to add some depth). Beautifully done, sweet friend! Hugs!
