Past, Present and Future 2009

The daily challenges at Papertrey Ink, are continuing, and this is the year 2009
Today I am doing a CASE on Laurie Schmidlin, this is her card.  You can find it Here.  Laurie used Giga Guidelines stamp set.  The closest that I had were the Garden gate.  I thought it made a rather good second.
Giga Guidelines Thank You by Laurie Schmidlin

                                                      Here is my card.

After figuring out how to get the score lines correct, this was really easy to do.
I used the Garden Gate stamp set along with card stock form Gina K Designs, in White and Wild Orchid.  The sentiment is from Stamping Simply and it heat embossed with the Platinum that I use a lot.  Gina K Designs inks in Wild Lilac and Fresh Asparagus.

Hope to see you again and I do really appreciate your comments.

  1. Your background is lovely. The stamps and colors are perfection! Nicely done....beautiful card!

  2. This. Is. Glorious. Love that you used the garden Gate images. The background is stunning and I love the scoring and then topping it with the die cut makes it even more fabulous! I love when you heat emboss with that, so elegant! Okay game on....what's up for today? lol

  3. Beautiful card Barbara. Love the colors and the design with that scoring and the stamped images in the scored section. You did a beautiful job of CASE Laurie's card.
