I die cut the Frostyville border twice. Put one border on the left of the card and cut pieces of the second one to add to the upper and lower corners. Then I added glue and glitter.
This card sparkles with glitter and snow. I also included some of the outdoor and indoor activities.
After die cutting the sled, I colored it with markers to look like a wooden sled. I needed to add some snow to it so that it would look like it had been used in the snow hills. Before that, I used silver embossing powder to the top to look like metal and then added the snow with Viva pearl pen, Ice White and sprinkled glitter over the top.
Then I simply die cut the cup and used the same Viva white pen to add the whipped cream on the top of the hot chocolate. A few dashes with my white gel pen to add some interest to the cup,

Loving that frosty border and all of it's glorious sparkle and shine! It's exactly how I like my snow, ON a card! The sled is fantastic and is going on my wish list. The cup of cocoa is warm and inviting. This is a cozy card (even with snow) lol

ReplyDeleteYou just keep getting more and more creative!!! Using the silver embossing powder on that sled is just genius!!! I have the small sled die, but now I think I need the bigger one. And that whipped cream - I could just lick it off the card!!!
