Creative Confetti - Spin the Color Wheel

A quick post for today.  Julie has another interesting challenge for us at Power Poppy.  You are to take your birth month ( mine is August) match that number to the color wheel and create a project using that color.
The number 8 represents the color that I need to use.
Here is what I did with the digital print from Power Poppy called Hellebores.
I got as close to the color that I could.  I love coloring flowers!

Colored with Copic markers and die cut from Paper Trey Ink.  That is all!  Thanks for stopping in and I hope that you are inspired.  Thanks so much for your comments.

  1. What a fun challenge. Great coloring on your flowers and your water. Like how you shaded the bottom to ground the vase.

  2. What a work of art and the design you colored is so fabulous. The colors are perfect and I just love how cheerful those blues look. Great work my friend!

  3. Love your coloring on the gorgeous blue flowers. Beautiful card. TFS

  4. Such a pretty card. Love all the white with just the pop of color on the flowers. I also love how you have die cut the image and applied it at an angle. Makes all the difference in the whole look. My color is #7.....PURPLE!!! How can I not play? Hope I can find the time. Your card is just beautiful, as is your coloring.

  5. THUD! This is absolutely stunning! I looooooooooooooooove your coloring, you are definitely a Coloring Pro!!! I also love how you die cut the image too, that is so clever, unique and interesting! I adore your beautiful card, Barb.....and you! xo~

  6. WOW! This is drool worthy my friend! Having the glass at the edge of the die was genius. I am in awe!!
