We have another fun Challenge for you these two weeks.
The topping is just in time for a St Patrick Day Birthday.

Vicki has chosen the toppings for this challenge a Touch of Green

But if you are not a toppings kind of personJust make it a birthday card and that will work too!

Here is my card

I think that this if the first time I have made a round card.  I also probably put more green on it than a touch. I hoped that keeping it light it would fit the bill anyway.
This is Power Poppy Hydrangea digital stamp
Colored with Copic markers and Novo drops of gold for the center of the flowers. I die cut it with a stitched circle die from Lil Inkers and left the die in place and sponged a little green around the edges. The sentiment is Simon Says Stamps Handwritten Borders.

I did make an envelope for this card.  Inside the envelope is my handmade
watercolor design to add some pizzaz to the envelope and card.

  1. I love this!!! That green is so soft and beautiful. Why do I not make more un-square/rectangle cards. They are always so fun. Your coloring is wonderful, and I think the little gold centers just finish off this card. Thanks for the inspiration, my friend!!

  8. Love your beautiful heart shaped hydrangea with the soft greens and tiny bit of gold in the flower centers! And the heart shape works so perfectly on your round card. I'm glad to see someone else used a bit more than "a touch" of green on their card ;-).

  10. The flowers are colored beautifully with a little touch of green, and I like the round card design - something I don't think I've ever made to be honest! The peek inside the envelope is fabulous too! What a beautiful birthday design!
