Here is my card for you.
This was done with one sheet of designer paper that I had in my stash. I die-cut some of them with stitched squares and some with plain squares. Then I had fun arranging them on the front of this card. Next, I used the Happy Birthday die from Die Namics cut from gold foil paper. I called it done.
I can't wait to see what you will do with this challenge. Please pop over to the blog to see what the other designers have done. You may be surprised.
Thanks for stopping by and I always appreciate your comments!
Beautiful layout of squares and as a result a beautiful birthday card too.
ReplyDeleteGreat design with all of those lovely squares, and to think you got them from one sheet of designer paper. I like how you cut the sentiment from gold foil. Great card Barbara.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the party invitation Barbara, it's great to be a part of your team for a couple of months. I'm loving these colours and shapes - a mish-mash which all works fabulously together xx
ReplyDeleteWow, what a fabulous design here. And it looks like it was really fun to do.....I might have to pin. Great use of that patterned paper, I just love this!!!
ReplyDeleteSuch a clever design and all with one sheet of DSP that you had laying around just waiting to be used. Love the gold greeting as well! Happy Easter to you and Tom!!
ReplyDeleteGreat use of that dp Barbara, the layout looks great and the touch of gold sets it off perfectly, Cathy x

ReplyDeleteI thought you used many pieces of patterned papers! It's amazing how you cut them so that they look all so different and how you arranged them for your card! Great design!
