Marcella Hawley has offered her sunflower images free to those who can use them.
What a kind gesture. Go and grab them up and then create.
But there is more!
Marcella has refreshed a drawing from a stamped image that she did years ago. This image is offered on the Power Poppy website and all proceeds will go to Sunflower of Peace, a non-profit organization committed to helping Ukrainians affected by the Russian military invasion with medical and humanitarian aid. Here is their website: www.sunflowerofpeace.comYou can get your image and sentiment here.
Marcella is also offering a larger print which is 8.5 X 11 for those that like to color
and may not be card makers.
Here is the card that I did for your inspiration.
I printed out the digital image and colored it with my Copic Markers choosing only the colors of the Ukrainian flag, Blue and Yellow. The die that I used is by Marianne and is called Anaja's Square. I also used a Spellbinders circle die to cut the image and a slightly larger one to frame it before I placed it on the die-cut.
Me, You are here
This is lovely. Your colouring is outstanding and the die cut background is perfect for both the image and the Ukraine.
