Use the colors or the type of pots anything that you see here!
I went right to a die set that I had not used in a while, but it needed some love.
I am pleased how this card turned out. I need to use these dies more often. It gives me a summer vibe.

Oh so pretty! Love the macrame hangers and pretty little plants! They make my heart beat faster--in a good way! They look like they are hanging in a window with the Venetian Blinds drawn, how cool! Love that frame and all of that gorgeous texture too! Just wonderful!
ReplyDeleteOh wow, such a beautifully designed card, the macrame hangers are awesome, I am so glad you got inspired to pull them out to use them again, every detail in your card is gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous frame die! I love those macrame plant hangers and plants. They bring back a lot of memories of ones that I had. And that background looks like mini blinds. Beautiful scene and lots of lovely elements.
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness, this card is amazing. I had to run over to the Greetery to take a look at those die sets. You have used them perfectly, and that beautiful turquoise die cut oval is wonderful. I think the thing that really makes this card pop is that louver look behind the hanging pots - it really looks like a window. I LOVE this!!
ReplyDeleteOh my stars Barb, this is truly gorgeous! I love the hanging plants in the macrame hangers. It looks like they're hanging in front of a pair of plantation shutters as well. The pierced piece frames these beautifully. I feel a shopping spree coming on at The Greetery.
ReplyDeleteThere's just something about this card that is so appealing to me. Maybe it's the Punch & Pierce plate which I have and love. Maybe it's those blinds or shutters on the window. Maybe the macrame hangers which take me back to the 70's. People were making them like crazy back then. In any case, I absolutely love your beautiful card, Barb!
ReplyDeleteYour hanging baskets are amazing. I am fond of baskets!!

ReplyDeleteWow beautiful card, love the way you've framed the pots, Cathy x
ReplyDeleteOMG ... I remember having those macro-may plant hangers in my house ... your card is FABULOUS and brought back many happy memories of my home decorating from years past! Well done my friend!
