Our next challenge at Double D is

  Vintage / Shabby Chic
Our hostess is Diane

Art Impressions window die, Flowers from my stash, I made my woodgrain background with ink and stylus added some leaf impression vellum., and a bit of burlap. Those leaves are actually ribbon. I am not really a vintage crafter, but I do like it. This was the best for me. I was inspired by the flowers.

Here is the inspiration board that Diane did for you.
Of course there is a prize for the winner.

Be sure to go to the Double D Blog for more inspiration.

Thanks for stopping by and I always appreciate your comments!

  2. Beautiful Barb! That wood grain background is amazing and I just love the open window. I think you've captured a very romantic, shabby chic design with the cluster of flowers and the burlap/embossed vellum elements.

  6. It's beautiful, Barb! I absolutely love the window and woodgrain background. How pretty to have the vine and flowers growing up and over the window. It's fun to do something different once in a while.
