Color Hues Challenge #133 Lime and Violet

Before I pack all of the crafting supplies to sent off to Wisconsin, I pulled out some old embossing folders, and dies and a never used before stamp. I made this card to enter in the next challenge at Color Hues.

These colors are very spring like and lend themselves to flowers nicely. But my flowers where packed away, so I went searching for something else. I came across this stamp that I have not used before from Gina K called Never Lose Hope. After coloring with my Copic markers that match the colors as best I could, I fussy cut the butterflies out. Easy enough. The background is an embossing folder from Altenew called Leaves, and the much older die from Memory Box called Distress Windham Collage.
I sponged over the raise part with Stampin Up ink, Certainly Celery. I placed the memory box die (cut twice) with velum in opposite corners. I happily made gold splatters over it all before I placed the butterflies on the front. A pre made sentiment was on my desk top and I used that. The butterflies needed some gold on their wings. I am sure you saw the Gina K Master Layouts #1 as well,

Here is the card.

I will be entering this card in the current Color Hues challenge HERE

Leaving soon for Wisconsin, our summer home. See you on the other side.
Thanks for stopping by and I always appreciate your comments!
