I’m excited to share that I was one of the winners of the #TCH133 Challenge. 🎉
As a result, I’ve been invited to be the Guest Designer for the next challenge #135, which is such an honor. I’m grateful for the opportunity and can’t wait to share my project.
When I saw these two colors, my first thought was bees. From there, my imagination kept going, and I decided to expand on that idea. Bees make honey, so honey became the inspiration behind my project and the direction I chose for my creation.
Although I don't have a lot of stamps and dies here, I was lucky enough to have two that I used.
Gina K Designs White and Black Card stock
Altenew 3D embossing folder Dotty Circles, with ink brushed over some areas
I used two stamp and die set from different company's.
Colorado Craft Honey Jar
The Greetery Honey Jar
Distressed ink mustard seed (dripping honey)
Gina K Skeleton Leaves ( bees wings)
Black Nuvo Drops for the middle of the flowers
Glitter for bees wings
Glossy accents
I put mustard seed ink on my glass top, then mixed in some glossy accents.
I used a small que tip to put a blob of that mixture on a silicone mat, and then drag it down for the look of a drip. I let that dry over night and then adhered the drip to my card
Thanks for stopping by and I always appreciate your comments!
