Here is the first one.
For this one, I used GKD Sweet Corn for the base and Shabby Spring DP. The bird images are from Tiddly Inks, For the Birds. I colored them on watercolor paper with distress markers and made them blush. I hope they look like birds to you, they could be mistaken for apricots. Ha ha!
The border die is MB and called Modern Landscape. I added Polkadot ribbon, and a sentiment that I printed on my computer that would fit this card. Now that I look at the card, the birds look like they are floating. I may go back and fix that.
I will need to post the other entry separately, so I hope you are anxiously awaiting for that. Lol
Thanks so much for your comments, I do love my craft, it keeps me out of trouble. Except when I am shopping for new stuff.
I love your blushing birds! They are so cute! Beautiful colors, and I love the strip of green with the trees. Thanks for joining us at Just Us Girls!

ReplyDeleteLove both your cards, but this one in particular caught my fancy. And that little border die is just the perfect accent to the whole thing. This card just makes me smile!!
ReplyDeleteThose little blushing birds are so cute! I love the way you have colored them. They definitely look like birds, not apricots (too funny). So glad you played with us at JUGS again this week!
