Fun with Power Poppy Digital images and pics of Egypt

Hello to you all!  It has been a while since I was here posting pictures and creating.  Sure missed doing that, but it was worth the trip of a lifetime that we took to see our daughter and family that lives in Cairo Egypt.  We had a great two weeks and the sights were unbelievable to see.  So much history and so many people.  Cairo is a city of 24 million people.  I think every one of them owns a car.  The traffic was crazy and we were so glad to have a driver and guide to pick us up and take us each day. Here are a few of my pictures.
The Great Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx

 The tombs at Luxor

Amazing hieroglyphics, look at the color after 2500years BC

Of course, everyone wanted to know if we rode a camel.

After getting back and catching up, I was able to do some coloring of those amazing digi's that were recently offered on the Holiday Remix hop!
Here are the three that I got done.

Some closer looks     at these cute              Chickadees.

I have been a busy girl.

  1. You have been busy. I love every one of them. The wreath is CAS beautiful and the birds are so sweet, I love how you used the technique you learned from Amy on that card too. Your snowfall scene will get kudos from your teacher. Great job.

  2. You are making up for lost time and all of these designs look so amazingly beautiful! Wonderful coloring and layouts. Good to have you back so we can see your wonderful art work.

  3. The trip of a lifetime, indeed. Thanks for sharing those photos, they are fabulous!!! And so are your cards, all colored perfectly. I kind of LOVE those sweet chickadees. So stinkin' cute. Your creations are awesome, so envious of your eye for color and design.
