Double D Challenge - Santa Hats

Here it is December and you should have most of your Christmas cards completed by now, but if you have not, here are some ideas for you and a chance to win a prize.

Love this inspiration board with all of the Satna Hats.

Ok, So I got a little excited and made more than one card.  But I could not help myself.  I think all dogs and birds should have Santa Hats for the holidays.

This card uses the stamp set called Happy Pawlidays from My Favorite Things.  These two buddies are looking out the window on the freshly falling snow.  Snowflakes are a stencil from Memory Box,  Scattered Flakes using GKD Ocean Mist ink. Puppies are colored with Copics. Wish you could see the glossy accents on their noses.

This card uses Penny Black's Winder Wonderland stamp colored with my Copic markers.  The branches are a die from The Greetery called Botani Cuts Bough.  The sentiment is from GKD Home for the Holidays set. I got my inspiration from Pinterest.  Sorry, I forgot who.

This is the prize for the random winner of this challenge.

Be sure to stop over and see the Double D Challenge post and the entire team
 has made cards for inspiration.

Thanks for stopping by and I always appreciate your comments!

  11. Uhm, I take umbrage with you assuming that now it is December I should have all of my Christmas cards completed....I can assure you....I DO NOT lol Will head to the beach this week to do my photo one and then back to the craft room to complete the 40 of one design and then on to my 'special' Mom, Daughter, Hubby and Penny ones lol Then I'll come back here and rejoice. Oh but I digress....LOVE your creations! Both of them (showoff!) Great images, so sweet. Cute, cute puppies but I love the birds and your coloring! Birds in winter on a card are perfect this time of year! Merry Merry!
