Double D Challenge - Skies

We are ready for another Double D Challenge and Darlene is our host.  Just take a look at these powerful skies that she has put together as an inspiration for us.

These clouds are amazing and I wanted to create them on my card for you today.

Here is my card.

I used my brand new stencil from A Colorful Life to make these clouds and sun rays.  Inks are: Distressed ink Chipped Sapphire, Tumbled Glass, Shaded Lilac, and Broken China. GKD innocent Pink and Stampin Up, So Saffron. The sentiment is stamped in Black and is from MFT, Words of Inspiration.

Prize:

  8. Don't you just love that stencil. The clouds come out perfect every time, don't they? I love the colors you used, and the bit of white really makes those clouds pop. A gorgeous backdrop for a beautiful greeting. And the sun rays are the perfect final touch.
