My card for this challenge.
This cover die has been in my room for a long time. I am sure that I got it from Kathy Krug as she gave me tons of die cuts. It just spoke out to me to use it for this challenge. I do not know the manufacturer.
Using glue and gilded flakes in gold and copper, I cover some of the leaves.
Simply put it on a background and added the die cut sentiment from The Greetery.

Ahhh, Kathy would be so thrilled to see this beautiful card. I think of her often, especially when I'm making a somewhat complex die cut card. She was amazing with dies, and I, too, still have a few cuts from her. You've made this die cut look amazing with your gilding flakes on green. Such beautiful texture and just enough dimension.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous fall frame of leaves. The gilded flakes of gold and copper really enhance the other colors. The neutral background really makes the pretty colors pop too. Aw, I miss Kathy's creative projects. I have a collection of her cards on display that I admired daily when I'm in my craft space.
