Double D Challenge - Monochromatic

Darlene is the host for this next challenge and just look at the mood board!
Monochromatic is the theme and the color is your choice.

Here is my card for your inspiration.

This was really easy to complete as I used an embossing folder called Magnolia Ballerina from Altenew.   I used the technique where you ink up the folder and spritz it and then send it through your big shot. When that was dried, I die cut the word Hugs from PTI die and popped it up in place.
That was all.

The Prize
Be sure to check out the Double D Blog for this challenge and make a card and enter.  A random entry will be chosen.

Thanks for stopping by and I always appreciate your comments!

  6. This is stunning Barb! Your inking turned out so beautifully detailed. The highlights and shadows look like they're in just the right places. How come when I've tried this technique, I've failed miserably??

  7. Geez, you have been blowing me away with your cards lately. You always nail it, but lately you have been so over-the-top creative. I love how you have used that embossing folder and then added the greeting as an eclipse. This is so stinkin' COOL, and the color is fabulous!!!
